Housing Sign-Up Process + Dates and Deadlines
The Housing Sign-Up process begins October 20 in three different phases, beginning with indicating your interest in re-signing for the fall 2026 - 2027 school year. Get ready by reviewing the process and important date and deadlines.

Eating well. All 10 of our dining locations feature a wide variety of dishes made by award-winning chefs and inclusive dietary choices. Want food on the go? Grab a quick, hot meal at our retail locations or use the Good2Go Carry-Out option in one of our dining halls.

Returning Residents = More Choices
Sophomores and above have additional residence halls and meal plan options to choose from, plus great amenities available. Explore all of the upper-division housing options available for sophomore students and above, including halls that offer single rooms, semi-private bathrooms, break and summer housing.

Value.
With six different meal plans and 26 residence halls, we’ve got options that meet your needs and your budget. You’ll pay just one bill per semester and have no additional laundry, utility or grocery costs – or a steep security deposit and application fee.

Meal Plans
Meal plans can be used at any of our 10 dining locations. If you live in the Graduate Upper-Division Halls or in University Apartments, you are not required to purchase a meal plan, but many opt in because of the flexibility, quality and convenience. Apartment residents and students living in GUD halls have additional meal plan options.
Research shows the students who live with University Housing for two or more years are more likely to graduate in four years.

University Housing Apartments
Returning residents are also eligible to apply for a 12-month lease at Ashton Woods Apartments, which features furnished and unfurnished two-bedroom apartments. Ashton Woods is a pet-friendly complex and home to a mix of graduate students and upper-division undergraduate students.
