Photography and Interviews in University Housing Facilities

Photography, filming, interviewing, and videotaping by the media for public display, including print, web, or broadcast, are permitted in University Housing facilities only when the photographer or interviewer is accompanied by the Associate Director for Housing Communications and Marketing (or designee) or a staff member from the campus Office of Public Affairs.

Identifiable subjects must provide permission to be photographed.

Photography and taping for class projects will be cleared with the Associate Director of Housing for Communications and Marketing before commencing, and students will contact the Resident Director, Complex Director, or Dining Unit Manager upon arrival.
