One Time Program Request: Here is where you get started!
All University Residence Hall Students, Organizations and Staff are eligible to submit one-time funding requests. If you are not a URH student or organization, please see the Sponsorship page prior to filling out this form.
See the CRFB meeting dates for deadline information. All requests must be electronically submitted by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the Monday meeting date in order to be reviewed. No requests will be reviewed after the program occurs.
- After your event, you must complete a Post Audit Form within 7 days after the actual program date. If the Post Audit Form is not received on time, funding will not be supported.
If your funding request is granted you must use university systems in place for spending money (please consult with your professional staff advisor). We cannot do personal reimbursements. Please plan ahead. Some processes take longer (such as a purchase order) and it is up to you to submit your request in time.
