Illinois Street Residence Halls (ISR)
Illinois Street Residence Halls (Townsend and Wardall) are known as the place to be for engineering students. Why? These Urbana North halls are as close as you can get to the Bardeen Quadrangle and the North Quad, the location of most engineering and many STEM classes. The Innovation, Honors, and Sustainability Living-Learning Communites call ISR home. The residence halls’ recent renovations and brand new, state-of-the-art dining center and programmatic spaces are the perfect spots to hang out with your new academically-focused friends.
