Hopkins Hall
Hopkins Hall is your quintessential first-year residence hall experience. It’s a friendly, social community full of students ready to explore what the university has to offer. Hopkins is across the street from the turf soccer fields, the Marching Illini Practice Field, the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) and Memorial Stadium. Hall programming focuses on building a solid foundation for your Illinois experience. The Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP), which features dining, a residential library and social programming, is just a short walk away.

During the academic year when students are present, the front desk will be open from 6 a.m. – 3 a.m. When the front desk is not staffed, students can still call the front desk number. The call will be answered by a calling service able to help with general questions and emergencies and assist students who may have lost their i-card and be locked out of their building and room.
