Undergraduate Hall Rates 2015-2016: New to University Housing in Fall 2015 or Spring 2016
The rates below apply to new freshmen and transfer students, or upperclassmen who are new to University Housing in fall 2015 or have not lived continuously with University Housing. 2016 spring-only contracts are 50% of the rates below.

Note: Residential Fund Council (RFC) student government dues of $16 per year are included in the rates above.
Please Note:
- Rates are pending approval by the Board of Trustees.
- Constant Rate: The room and board rates from the year you enter Housing will still apply in future years if you live with us continuously (up to 4 years). In the future, if you select a different room type or meal plan with University Housing, you will only pay the 2015-2016 rate for those choices.
- Traditional air-conditioned halls: Busey, Evans, Oglesby, Hopkins, Scott, Snyder, Townsend, Trelease, Wardall, Weston
- Living-Learning Communities: a fee supports the special classes and opportunities in these programs.
Allen/Unit One--add $310 per academic year
Global Crossroads--add $150 per academic year
Health Professions--add $150 per academic year
Innovation LLC--add $250 per academic year
Intersections--add $150 per academic year
LEADS--add $150 per academic year
Sustainability--add $250 per academic year
Weston Exploration--add $250 per academic year
WIMSE--add $150 per academic year - Rates are for both semesters of the academic year and are subject to change.
- You are required to honor your contract if you attend the University. Refer to the 2015-2016 Residence Hall Contract and note the cancellation policies. You are encouraged to read the contract carefully before signing.
